Job Description Summary

The Lead Project Manager will manage equipment, facility or infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.
Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning / execution.
The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities
Small to Medium scale Turnkey Projects or Product / Equipment-Only Projects.
Responsible for overseeing the project and direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources for small-medium sized projects that may include equipment-only, suites of products or non-turnkey projects.
Developing in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy / strategy.
In-depth understanding of key business drivers.
In-depth understanding their team's cooperation with other teams and contribution to the area.
Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters, with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks.
May use multiple internal sources to arrive to decisions.
This role requires advanced experience in the Project Management Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience)

Ability to hire and develop talents and provides informal guidance to new team members as well.
