Job Description Summary
Responsible for activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on customer site, from site mobilization, through civil, erection and commissioning work, as well as management activities related to this scope. Impacts the team’s ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives. The role is subject to operating policy objectives. There is moderate autonomy within the role. High levels of operational judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.
1/ Role summary
The Europe, Russia & CIS Construction Leader is responsibility for the construction scope management of all Alternating Current System projects (civil works, erection, commissioning) and in tendering phase is the sourcing & tendering partner for the construction scope including lessons learnt.
The Construction scope is covering the civil work, erection, testing & commissioning scope including the management of subcontractors & consortium partners associated to this scope.
He / she has to ensure identification, definition & deployment of proper procedures, processes, resources (internal & external) for organization of all site activities & ensure site works executed, coordinated & managed to achieve Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery targets of the project to the Customer satisfaction. Site management goal is to obtain provisional acceptance from Customer on time, in quality and in respect of budget.
At ITO phase, sourcing & tendering partner to select proper construction subcontractors/ consortium partners & provide secured tender full costs to ensure both winning the opportunity and operational excellence during execution (Safety, Cost, Quality & On time).

Civil works graduate (masters, école d’ingénieurs, Bauingenieur)
10 to 20 years of experience in EPC / turnkey projects management including civil works scope
Knowledge & experience in the grid / electrical /renewable segment a plus
Strong Leaderships skills to work in matrix organization with experience of international management
Team player & networker
Capacity to manage portfolio of projects in different countries
Capacity to define, deploy a strategy & agile vs environment changes
Organizational, program development and planning mind set
Fluent in English – German and / or French are a plus
