Job Description Summary
Operations Manager for the Gateway Market Service Operations Team. Leads day to day back office finance and operational activities for the GE diagnostic imaging, LCS and biomedical field service leadership team.
Essential Responsibilities :
Lead all operating mechanisms within the designated region service market of Gateway- market operating reviews, forecasting, expense/P&L reconciliation, AR deep dives
Coordinate and lead activities with extended field service leadership teams to meet financial goals for revenue and margin
Develop and implement process controls. Support operations teams in visibility and action for key performance indicators
Develops revenue and margin forecasts. Execute plans to pull various financials levers to meet the needs of the business.
Communicates across all levels of the organization from the Region Service VP to field engineers.
Plan the daily operations schedule to ensure the team balances attention to a wide variety of operational categories
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Operations Leadership or Finance
Strong financial foundation, managing a profit and loss (P&L) center
Excellent data management and data manipulation, highly skilled at Excel
Must be able to quickly summarize and synthesize data into usable format
Ability to lead cross functional team in a matrix environment
Self-sufficient, requires organizational skills to prioritize on a daily basis in a dynamic environment
High say-do ratio, meeting commitments to teammates and the business
Preferred candidate to work out of Kansas City, St. Louis, Springfield MO or Little Rock AR areas.
