Job Description Summary
Customer facing role responsible for developing financing product strategy, planning implementation and driving execution for GE Healthcare customers and partners in ASEAN, Korea and Australia markets. The successful candidate is expected to work with GE Healthcare Financial Services (HFS) local and global team as well as GE Healthcare teams in ASEAN, Korea and Australia to manage plan execution. The successful candidate is also expected to work with capital market partners on solution development. Subject to Commercial policy objectives. Has independence in achieving commercial objectives within operating budgets and operating guidelines. There is moderate autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.
This is not a manager role, there is no team reporting to this role. The appointee is expected to work with HFS local and global peers as well as GE Healthcare teams in ASEAN, Korea and Australia to manage plan execution. You will also expected to work with capital market partners to develop and deliver financing solutions to GE Healthcare customers if appointed to the role.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develops and delivers financing solutions to GE Healthcare customers and channel partners in ASEAN markets. Works with cross functional team and capital market partners to develop programmatic financing offerings, and drive execution in ASEAN, Korea and Australia markets.
Requires specialized knowledge across product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups. Requires strong commercial awareness, and is expected to influence the development of strategy for their broad sales territory, including control of resources.
Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.
Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders or customers. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view.
This role requires significant experience in financial service, sales and leasing & lending.
More than 10 years working experience in financial service (banking, leasing etc.) industry, specifically commercial lending.
Knowledge and financial service experience in emerging markets is preferred.
Experience in captive finance company is preferred. Knowledge and experience of developing financing programs is relevant.
Knowledge and experience in healthcare industry is preferred
Bachelor degree or higher
Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to plan, document, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills. Strategic thinking, strong structuring and process skill are critical to the success.
This role requires significant experience in the Sales & Structured Leasing & Lending. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience) which would be helpful but not essential to have.
