Job Description Summary
This Senior Services Sales Leader is responsible for the annual sales targets for the Asia Pacific, China and Japan (CEAP Region). He/She will be responsible for the identification, assessment, and prioritization of new areas of business development and the Go-To-Market sales strategy. High levels of commercial judgment, innovation and the ability to think beyond the existing customer base are essential elements for success.
Meet or exceed Services operating plan and margin targets for the region; including country targets and service portfolio targets.
Analyze trends and develop strategic plans and programs to achieve growth of new solutions in new or unaddressed customer segments.
Leads the sales team to develop creative solutions to address complex projects, product requirements, sales processes and customer issues.
Assess the competitive landscape, interpret internal and external business challenges and create action plans to increase our market share.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
More than 10 years of relevant commercial and business development experience in the relevant industries.
Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs
Strong coordination and influencing skills
Knowledge of customer financial drivers / needs
Able to effectively lead and energize a multi-functional team to meet / exceed the sales plan
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
