Job Description Summary

You will be responsible to ensure all parts due for shipment are supplied with all relevant quality/shipping documents. You will also ensure timely closure of customer orders by coordinating other functional departments.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support stocking of component engine parts from New Make and Consignment materials.

  • Picking and swapping of component engine parts for shipment.

  • Ensure parts send in for stocking from shop and paperwork associated with the parts is completed.

  • Perform all required transactions for material transfer.

  • Perform cycle-count and Annual Physical Inventory.

  • Liaise and coordinate with other functional departments to ensure timely closure of customer orders.

  • Support and perform Inbound Receiving scope for Repair parts.

  • Support and perform Outbound shipment scope for Repair parts.

​Qualifications/Requirements:

  • O’ Level/ NITEC

  • With Experience in Shipping or Equivalent.

  • Basic command of written and spoken English

  • Fast learner.

  • Able to work under pressure.

  • Able to carry heavy load.

Desired characteristics:

  • Forklift license.

  • Knowledge in Inventory Management.

  • Basic knowledge in IT(e.g. Microsoft Office).

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet the delivery requirements.

  • Able to work with a Quality mind.

  • A team player.
