Role Summary:

FMP is a two-year early career development program and a proven path for accelerated career growth. This rotational program combines coursework, a variety of job assignments and interaction with senior GE leaders as well as the global FMP community. FMPs build exceptional corporate finance and business skills and go on to lead the company. The FMP community spans 45 countries today.

Essential Responsibilities:

Develops world class, financial leaders for high impact positions. Combines coursework, job assignments, and interactive seminars to equip you with exceptional technical, financial and business skills.

2 year program: 4 six month rotations

In-depth finance and leadership training

Bachelor's degree in business or analytical majors

Minimum 3.0 on 4.0 Grade point average

Academic excellence with demonstrated financial or quantitative interest/competence

Proven leadership ability and change oriented

Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills

Relevant internship experience

Flexible, adaptable & geographically mobile

0 - 2 years working experience
