This role will give the candidate a unique opportunity to work in digital transformation initiatives. The candidate will be leading the implementation of innovative digital technologies to solve business problems in digital marketing and channel partner experience. Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with regional business stakeholders to understand the requirements in digital marketing initiatives and channel partner digitization initiative

  • Ability to design technical solution to solve for business requirements and review with relevant stakeholders.

  • Build and improve the solution using iterations, rapid prototyping and incremental value addition approaches like Agile methodology and end user showcase sessions.

  • Manage executive stakeholder communication and progress reporting for the digital initiatives

  • Strong Technical background with an ability to understand digital enterprise architecture and align the solutions to complement the same.

  • Have prior experience in one or more of the following areas to leverage technology of the future like AI / ML using python and other data centric solutions

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of database architecture and systems landscape

  • Strong understanding of machine learning / AI frameworks using python and other frameworks

  • Partner with cross functional business teams and drive digital initiatives

  • Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization

  • Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated

  • through training, job experience and / or industry activities

  • Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources

  • Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (DIGITAL), Computer Science, or Engineering

  • Minimum 3 years of Digital Technology (DT) professional experience

  • 6 months traineeship/attachment commencing 3 January 2022

This position is open for mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply. Training allowance of $2500 per month.
