Job Description Summary

This position is responsible to support the Service Team's day to day Field & Repair Centre operations, service activities and ad-hoc requests from Field Engineers (FE), Service Commercial, Channel Partners (CP) and End Customers. Working closely with all internal stakeholders to drive service operation processes, workflow improvement and to achieve overall country focus or key metrics.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Operations support within the Field Service & Repair Centre Team including ad-hoc requests from FE, Service Commercial, Channel Partners and End Customers

  • Support Area Service Leader (ASL) and working closely with Service Operations back office and Service Commercial team to drive related country metrics; Eg. PM completion, ETTR/FE Utilization monitoring, SIEBEL SR closure etc.

  • Assist with daily field & repair center operations including but not limited to the following; Service Record management, Back Office Approval, Warranty Claims from CP, Vendor PO management/account creation, Radiation badge management, In country EHS compliance requirement, Support on Logistics & Test Tools management

Qualification / Requirement

  • Diploma in Business Admin / Management or Professional Certification

  • 6 months traineeship/attachment commencing 3 January 2022

  • Data Analytics experience

  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel / Powerpoint & proficiency in English

  • Fast learner

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Demonstrates proactive behavior and takes initiatives

This position is open for recent graduates, who should possess a Diploma Qualification. Training allowance of $2100 per month.
