The TA Leader China/North Asia is responsible for attraction and recruitment strategies for our Renewable Energy business across China and Japan. This individual will own the plan that meets business needs, fills skill gaps and supports growth. He/she will be accountable for the candidate and hiring experience, as well as driving team capability, effectiveness and efficiency.
In this role you will:
Partner closely with Senior HRBPs and Business Leaders to define workforce planning needs and design talent strategy to meet those needs in region
Assess industry dynamics & market trends and anticipate how these trends will impact GE Renewables.
Review competitor hiring strategies and network with appropriate industry leaders
Develop a consistent framework, process and toolkit for developing best-in-class recruitment capabilities in all respective markets; measure progress through rigorous KPIs
Build operational capabilities through vendor management, sourcing strategies, assessment tools and market benchmarking
Create a roadmap to ensure each of the Renewables businesses is positioned to attract and hire high quality talent in all market areas
Demonstrate strategic thought leadership, vision and innovation to drive performance
Lead initiatives around diversity strategy to attract a diverse workforce to GE Renewables
Manage and develop a team of recruitment professionals located across region
Bachelor’s Degree and extensive & demonstrated recruiting domain expertise, budget management and team management experience
Talent Acquisitions subject matter expertise including domain knowledge, functional expertise and market intelligence
Proven experience driving direct business impact
Proven experience developing talent recruiting strategies and models
Strong track record of build partnerships both internally and externally
