Job Description Summary
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Partner with business leaders to assess current needs and effective solutions to close performance gaps utilizing both training and performance support initiatives.
Design, develop, and implement learning programs that meet current and future business need, leveraging learning technologies and instructional design experience. Programs should include various elements designed to increase learning retention and application including digital learning tools. Evaluate current learning programs to measure long-term impact.
Support Talent Management initiatives as needed.
Deliver the training courses with business requirement.
Identify and report on learning metrics to show outcomes achieved.
Partner with colleagues in other regions to share best practices and build consistency where appropriate.
Assist in the selection and coordination of the use of external suppliers for learning and development needs as required.
Minimum 5 years' training experience in healthcare industry with outstanding performance including instructional strategy and design experience.
Large scale global implementation experience.
Experience facilitating and presenting to a large/diverse audience (in person & virtually).
Project Management skills with a focus on detailed execution.
Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, etc.)
Good team player with creativity and Innovation
