Role Summary/Purpose :

Responsible for the identification, development, and implementation of requirements in service related programs/projects.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Drive customer satisfaction and product quality improvements; address manufacturing / field issues;

  • Maintain overall performance ownership throughout product life cycle and support new feature development activities for IB program releases.

  • Drive Global execution control activities including software updates, FMI planning / coordination and CSO resolution to improve key quality / customer satisfaction metrics for RAD / R&F products in the field.

  • Provide follow-up and closure of Product Leader issues, customer complaints / escalations and IB quality issues

Quality Specific Goals:

  • Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.

  • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.

  • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.

Qualifications/Requirements :

  • Bachelors or equivalent technical field experience; or equivalent (defined as High School Diploma/GED and 4 years progressive experience in a technical field or project management.)

  • 3 years experience in cross-functional product development / integration, product support, or project management.

  • Ability to work effectively across functions to deliver results and execute multiple commitments within the Global Environment.

  • Multitasking abilities to drive critical issues simultaneously.

  • Resourcefulness, commitment, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills..

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in working with Installed Base team and /or service; product knowledge;

  • Previous customer advocate and / or program core team leadership experience (LPI, LSI, SW Integrator and / or Subsystem Leader.

Desired Characteristics :

  • Minimum 24 credit hours of coursework toward a Bachelors degree or technical (or equivalent) degree in the function interning; or a recent graduate with a Bachelor degree or technical degree in the function interning.

  • In countries where applicable, a minimum GPA of 3.0.

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment consistent with department guidelines.

  • Previous experience using independent thought processes to plan ahead, process information, maintain workflow, and anticipate future needs of the team.

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

  • Self-Starter, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal direction.

  • Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions, and meet deadlines.

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and capable of working within a globally diverse team across different time zones.
