General Electric Product Manager-Cardiology Solution/产品经理-心血管解决方案 in Shanghai, China

Role Summary:

In order to support the targeted growth of GE Healthcare Digital cardiology solutions in CHINA, we are looking for a CHINA cardiology solution manager who will be in charge of driving the commercial definition and execution in CHINA, in collaboration with HCD sales Leaders, Solution Architects and Applications Specialists

This position is open to an experienced individual with IT and cardiology workflow knowledge, and strong team player capabilities

Essential Responsibilities:

• Contribute to Healthcare Digital (HCD) cardiology solution strategy and go to market definition

• Drive commercial execution

• Help developing cardiology funnel across CHINA

• Manage product launches for CHINA

• Contribute to cardiology value proposition, outcome identification, and marketing material, adapted to China

• Transfer cardiology product knowledge to sales, manage sales training design and content

• Support local sales team for presales activities, including customer meetings, customer proposals, risk assessment, offer completeness

• Ensure quoting and ordering processes are in place (Cat numbers, GTC, …)

• Bring discipline in deal review process for cardiology deals

• Ensure good transition between sales and delivery teams

• Manage existing partnership activities

• Evaluate possible new partnerships (technology, distribution)

• Collect and prioritize market requirements with global cardiology team

• Ensure CHINA requirements are taken into account in product roadmaps

• Ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate customer escalation resolution within the full organisation

• Maintain reference sites and contribute to build new one in CHINA

• Develop one-GE approach for cardiology with other GE organizations

• Leverage HCS & LCS sales channel (training, packages, …)

Relational network

• Develop close relationships with country sales organizations and partners/suppliers

• Develop close relationship with other GE organization working on cardiology (CVUS, LCS, HCS)

• Interface to global product management for roadmaps

Qualifications/ Experience

• Master equivalent in business management or Cardio or IT

• Several years solution sales experience including strategic selling and negotiation

• Experience in large project and/or service bids

• Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process

• High Level of product and industry knowledge

• In depth understanding of CHINA cardiology market and workflows

• Experience in Healthcare IT technologies, either Imaging (PACS, RIS,..) or clinical systems (EMR,EHR,..), standards (IHE profiles, DICOM, HL7..), workflows and global healthcare environment.

• Leadership skills

• Fluent in English, both verbally as in writing;
