Role Summary:Leads GEHC PDx external csutomers advocacy initiative. Develops practical and innovative ways to identify and meet the customer first culture and process to improvce overal customer experience. This role has the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals. Serves as the Six Sigma methodology and tools expert for the customers.
Essential Responsibilities: Extenal customer focus, work with marketing and sales teams to identify the key target hospitals, uncover and assess lean Six Sigma opportunities.
Identify process/ efficiency/ KPI/ performance improvement projects link with customer needs, drive value addad to our customers.
Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to improve capability and eliminate defects.
Co-operate with global marketing team to drive implementation and share of best pratice
Qualifications/Requirements: Proven experience in influencing teams and driving change results orientation
Minimum of 5 years experience in customer facing roles or operational roles.
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated facilitation experience
Can-do attitude & strong advocate of lean six sigma methodology
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Fluent working knowledge of English language (written and oral)
Desired Characteristics: MBB identification
Change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization
Master degree from an accredited university or college, major in business related field
Demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results
Statistically literate and familiar with Six Sigma quality concepts and tools
