Job Description Summary
Serve as a trusted digital technology advisor with Service team regarding DT strategy, demand, and business solution development based on business priorities, and be accountable for business outcomes driven by DT product.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Hold extremely accountability for all DT products/services, and be single point of contact to Service team, provide support where required
Align and ensure all DT deliveries are our core strategic focus, and co-develop/contribute China region DT strategy in the context of the business strategy and global/China Cyber security law.
Develop business case together with commercial enabler (Marketing, Digital innovation, OTR, Commercial enabler, Channel management and SFE) team, and translate business challenges into right DT solutions/services.
Ensure close collaboration with other global/China DT teams, including global DT security team and China corporate security team to embed China cyber security requirements into DT solution.
Ensure cost-effective delivery of DT solutions and services to meet business needs, and is able to respond with the agility required to address changing business priorities
Ensure complete understanding of W2W e-commerce/digital marketing and provide training and education to global peers and china business teams, help build the team capability of digital selling and omni-channel.
Major’s degree or above in computer science, e-commerce, business administration or other relevant education background
5+ years working experience in digital marketing/e-commerce or related area, familiar with regulatory, technology and product of e-commerce, and had experience of partnership with JD.com, VEDENG, and other China eco-system provider.
8+ years working experience in IT area with the hands-on practice in marketing excellence, digital selling, and partnership with big China e-commerce player.
Demonstrated strong ability to excel in a global matrix organization
Demonstrated strong project management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and communication
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization
Analytic, creative and business focused problem solver
Ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions
Ability to understand latest IT technologies and apply them to business cases
