Job Description Summary
Supports marketing by promoting GE's brand attributes and product value. Impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives. Subject to Commercial policy objectives. Has independence in achieving commercial objectives within operating budgets and operating guidelines. There is moderate autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Develop and drive corporate level innovation strategies in Healthcare China. This includes leading insight & technology driven innovation planning and new platform/product/service related innovation projects across SBUs.
Act as PMO of strategic innovation projects for corporate level from initiation, through planning, tracking, completion and maintenance to ensure business impact.
Work with businesses and supporting functions to resource projects for success.
Design solutions and manage proof-of-concept innovation projects end to end, and work with key stakeholders such as business leaders, commercial teams, central marketing teams, etc. to deliver positive business outcomes.
Engage with external partners to discover opportunities to bring in new technology/tools/partnerships, etc. to innovate.
Connect activities to the business & market needs and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
Facilitate cross-learning/knowledge flow, enable best practice sharing; coach and mentor continuous improvement and problem solving initiatives.
Bachelors, advanced degree or equivalent combination of education or experience.
Solid leadership experience with a proven record track record in driving successful innovation strategies/projects or business transformation is preferred. Solid understanding in a state of the art of corporate innovation strategy.
Strong understanding of professional tools and frameworks related to innovation (e.g., business model canvas, lean start-up, agile work methods, etc.) Exceptional strategic thinking, project management and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills and excellent commercial acumen Strong personality fits into corporate culture: a dynamic, pro-active, communicative, determined, and smart individual with a “can-do” attitude and a sense of innovation.
Proven organization skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with tight deadlines. Low ego, collaborative, direct, and impact-oriented.
