Job Description Summary

Responsible for facilitating outage planning and order management in order to produce, assemble and deliver replacement/repair parts and services as part of a Services agreement or a transaction order. Includes activities such as execute on fulfilment transactions, being a subject matter expert in internal processes and systems, material management, and site operations supply chain. Key support role to achieving Operations Excellence metrics (e.g. parts short cycling, on-time delivery, billing accuracy, etc.). Responsible for owning and supporting one or more North Asia countries’ activities. Available opportunities to lead projects and driving standard work across the region. Responsible for bringing data visibility and operational insights across CoE using analytics skills.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate order management – responsible for processing orders for various Service offerings (parts, repairs and service) in order to meet customer contractual agreements.

  • Ability to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise on process flows and ERP systems/tools navigation (Oracle, SAP, etc.).

  • Drive accurate and on-time billing and cash collection activities

  • Key contact person in the organization for any new customer orders or customer inquiries/issues with regards to order fulfilment and invoicing.

  • Responsible for driving on-time delivery of parts and service by partnering various functions (e.g., Contract managers, Finance, Shop leaders, etc.) for outage planning and fulfilment.

  • Responsible for driving any process or system implementation in the sub-region you own. With experience, opportunity also available to develop leadership and lean skills by driving standard work in the region.

  • Ability to understand key business metrics and to link this with the operational responsibilities that you own. Able to communicate clearly what has been committed vs. the status of any request.

  • Ability to bring data visibility and operational insights using analytics skills.

  • Ability to apply judgment and creativity to propose different solutions outside of set parameters.

  • Able to apply prior experience and on-the-job training to solve assigned tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems independently. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires basic experience in the Services & Customer Order and Fulfillment. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or College.

  • Strong expertise in excel, SQL and visualization tools (Tableau or Powerbi or Smartsheet)

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Python is a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems independently. Ability to plan and execute on agreed plans. Established project management skills.

  • Experience with utilizing any ERP systems or project management tools.
