Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • selling to or through partners and distributors. May include channel sales support and channel development duties.

  • Broadening knowledge of own sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups to execute policy/strategy. Still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.

  • Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

  • May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require commercial knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.

  • A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Explains technical information to others.

  • Establishes & continuously develops relationships with departmental & technical decision makers in conjunction with Channel partners to gain access to Cardiology, NICU and DR decision makers.

  • Clinical, technical, and commercial expert for assigned products and solutions.

  • Work with DCAR&MIC leader and Channel partners’ sales leaders to increase prospects and drive closure of opportunities to meet sales, orders, and margin targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years medical sales experience especially Cardiology department, NICU and DR in a medical, healthcare or hospitals.

  • Experience in DCAR&MIC business and clinical expertise in Korea.

  • Deep product and clinical knowledges of anesthesia and respiratory product to present and demonstrate to channel partner’s sales team and customers.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Experience in interfacing with both internal team members, external customers, and industrial group.
