MR Application Specialist will deliver clinical and operational expertise by providing excellent education and training support within a specific modality or product portfolio to clinical end-users. These clinical experts will facilitate evidence-based practice and support the customer experience and commercial teams from pre-sale through post implementation by providing effective outcome-based education and training solutions.

GE헬스케어에서 MR Application Specialist (대리부장급, 경력에 따른 직급 협의 가능)인재를 채용합니다.

서울을 Base로 전국의 고객사(대학병원/종합병원/지역병원)에 저희 MR장비가 신규 설치되면 설치 안정화 및 초기 사용자 교육을 주로 담당하며, MR 장비 관련 각종 문의 대응 및 Maintenance 지원, 각종 임상 및 학술 관련 지원 등의 업무 등도 함께 수행하시게 됩니다.

반드시 MR Product 경력자 필수 (MR관련 경력이 없으면 진행이 어렵습니다.)

관련경력 5년 이상 선호 (경력에 따라 직급협의)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver MRI training in the clinical, classroom, and remote settings

  • Provide ongoing applications support as the customer’s trusted advisor throughout the equipment lifecycle to achieve customer’s desired outcomes

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (MR) and technical liaison to the sales organization with the goal of strengthening technical capabilities of the team and customer relationships, while also driving business opportunities forward.

  • Advance new product (NPI) features and imaging techniques; partner with customers in developing training plans / strategies that support new product assimilation (MR) and ongoing training needs.

  • Coordinate, schedule, and execute objective based system training; monitor and report on training outcomes.

  • Act as focal point for modality / team, identify customer satisfaction issues, assist in escalations, problem determination and specialty training requests.

  • Develop meaningful relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to standardize and optimize protocols and support our clinical education initiatives.

Required Experience:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent and 3+ years of MR technical/clinical industry experience

  • Demonstrated experience working on MRI systems.

  • Deep understanding of MR clinical education training and associated process implementation.

  • Proficient use of software applications such as, Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

  • Deep understanding of clinical education training and associated process implementation.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex information and modifying messaging based on audience.

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

  • Demonstrated experience working on GE Healthcare MRI systems.
