[Roles and Responsibilities]

As the Strategic Account Director – Strategic Accounts & Solutions, Korea, you will be responsible for developing new business & executing commercial opportunities for GE Healthcare products & services in the Korea region.

This role is responsible for managing the long-term success of GE’s relationship with a set of accounts in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the customer and GE Healthcare. You will drive orders and sales growth; define and implement a 1-3 year plan; develop and execute a One GE Healthcare Sales strategy to capitalize on GEHC’s broad portfolio of products, services, and solutions; lead and secure large, strategic, cross-P&L customer purchases; and provide overall leadership to the commercial team on all matters concerning the accounts in scope.

Working closely with the modality, operations, services, channel and sales teams in country, this role is responsible to develop a solutions approach for Korea to develop strategic account projects and partnerships, leveraging on support from Korea leadership teams for Financing, Care Area Solutions and Education & Training.

You will also be responsible to coach and mentor select members of the commercial and operations team who will assist Strategic Accounts in executing the projects, as well as provide leadership to the financing, structuring, and solutions teams on the development of tailored strategic, project, operational and financial solutions for customers/partners.

Job Description

[Roles and Responsibilities]

• Develop One-GE solutions portfolio consisting of care area, financing, education and clinical capabilities drawn from across the various GE Healthcare products and services.

• Integrate solutions pillars at a customer level, and own the strategic execution of the commercial opportunities from origination to delivery.

• Project development, financial/business structuring, project management, negotiations and closing of healthcare projects.

• Fostering strong business relationships and network with strategic customers.

• Building relationships internally with key stakeholders to ensure seamless development and solid delivery of projects.

• Build and drive strong operating rhythms & processes to grow project & strategic account funnel.

• Act as the “One GE Healthcare” face in front of the customer and coordinate all GE stakeholders for the projects he is responsible for from inception to closure.

• Leverage the modality and services team capabilities to address customer needs and differentiate e.g. Design, Technology Planning, Care Area Expertise, Digital Solutions & Clinical Trainings.

[Required Qualifications]

• This role requires significant experience in the Sales & Client Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or at least Bachelor degree with relevant experience).

• At least 10 years of business management/sales leadership/project development/project financing experience.

• Enterprise sales and market development experience required.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Industry-related financial analysis, bid proposal, and risk, tax and legal principles and analysis.

• Experience of at least 5 years of deal origination, managing broad commercial teams and executing complex projects.

• Demonstrated business management and resource allocation skills including business plan development.

• Exemplary people management, leadership skills, as well as sales coaching & team building skills.

• Strong business acumen; financial and organizational skills

• High level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact that builds effective strategic relationships.

• Knowledge of hospital management will be a plus
