Own the Customer relationship to understand their perspective and needs

  • Project specialist execution responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Receive, analyze and accept orders from the ITO-OTR handoff (R3 workflow or other)

  • Launch & manage sub-factory intercompany scope (if any) to meet the order required ship date

  • Manage scope & drive resolution of any technical or commercial issues during life of the order

  • Manage internal/external communication. Provide regular updates to customers

  • Create a Baseline schedule that meets the customer required ship date.

  • Maintain/monitor an actualized status of schedule variance to the original plan during the life of the


  • Communicate regular progress updates to the customer

  • Escalate critical situations as necessary to fulfill customer contract requirements on time

  • Collect & deliver all contract required documentation within 1 week of order shipment

  • Ensure order is reconciled, closed, invoiced after shipment & completion of contract deliverables

  • Monitor past dues balances and lead resolution of invoice collection disputes or liquidated damages disputes with the customer

  • Submit and follow-up for reply to Customer Feedback surveys after shipment

  • Duzon ERP is used for initiating order, change order booking, shipment and rec rev.

  • Regular meeting with channel partner to share and solve pending issue & bottleneck for direct order.

  • Regular meeting with Factory (France/India) to update manufacturing schedule and solve pending items

  • Support internal meeting using smart sheet (Retention, order booking review)

  • Submit MPR and inspection notification to customer based on manufacturing schedule provided by factory.

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires basic experience in the Project Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
