General Electric Sr Partner Account Manager - Microsoft in Seattle, Washington

Role Summary:

This position will execute and manage the Microsoft third party distribution strategies and plans for GE Aviation Digital. The Partner Account Manager develops comprehensive business plans for the Microsoft partnership and architects prospecting and recruitment campaigns to attract and build a joint offering. This role builds Strategic GTM plans by product, directing the overall Aviation Digital/Microsoft partner relationship to maximize returns on GE investments in this channel

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall GE Aviation Digital relationship with Microsoft. Working closing with GE Digital Microsoft Partner Account Director.

  • Development of Strategic Account Plan and Quarterly Business Reviews

  • Coaching and implementing sales training working with Sales Enablement team

  • Report out monthly to Executive stakeholders on Microsoft channel development strategies and execution

  • Collaborate with GE Aviation Digital Pole leaders to drive joint sales

  • Collaborate with and enable Microsoft commercial team to drive joint sales

  • Manage the funnel and forecasting for Microsoft activity in SFDC

  • Work with Product Marketing Leadership to ensure both companies commercial teams have available and necessary tools, training, and resources for all new product releases and upgrades Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or 4 years of equivalent professional working experience

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in strategic sales, business development, and operations with strong channel knowledge

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the software and hardware industry Eligibility Requirements:

  • 50% travel Desired Characteristics:
