Roles and Responsibilities
Data Crunching: Collect, clean, and analyze compensation and benefits data to derive actionable insights.
Analysis Preparation: Collaborate with our Total Rewards Managers to prepare comprehensive data-driven reports and presentations.
Data Visualization: Develop visually engaging reports and dashboards to help stakeholders understand complex compensation and benefits data.
Benchmarking: Assist in benchmarking our compensation and benefits packages against industry standards and best practices.
Continuous Improvement: Identify process enhancements and automation opportunities to streamline data analysis and reporting.
Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and integrity to support effective decision-making.
Ad-Hoc Analysis: Respond to ad-hoc data requests and contribute to special projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, HR, or Data Analytics.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics area, preferably in Human Resources field.
Desired Characteristics
Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel are essential for this role. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Data Enthusiast: A passion for working with data, including data extraction, transformation, and interpretation.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
Communication: Effective communication skills to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with global total rewards teams.
