Job Description Summary
The Procurement specialist in PMO sourcing is in charge of administrative management, statistics reports and organizational tasks related to sourcing activities for projects and the department as a whole.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Carries out Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in ERP, being responsible for requisitions internal approvals, distributing internally and externally Purchase Orders together with their appendixes, controlling suppliers acknowledgement of POs.
Performs correct storage and organization of POs in GE storage tools.
Executes and keeps track of annual open POs scheme for certain suppliers. In charge of POs balance follow-up and update if necessary.
Executes suppliers onboarding process in GE systems and databases.
Manages items reception, and booking. Suppliers invoice troubleshooting.
In charge of the maintenance of the department filing structure and documentation.
Supports PMO Sourcing team in the realization and update of the Sourcing and Fulfilment procedures, work instructions or ancillary templates.
In charge of PMO Sourcing regular statistics execution (monthly, quarterly, annually).
Supports PMO Sourcing department in presentations and other organizational events.
Responsible for continuous improvement in processes and methods under his/her day-to-day tasks
Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined policy/parameters.
- Bachelor's Degree
Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Experience in sourcing administration environment.
Experience in digital tools usage and in Oracle ERP environment.
Strong organizational abilities.
Experience in assessing and working with suppliers.
Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
