Job Description Summary
The Global MSD Sourcing Fulfillment Leader will be responsible for overall coordination of operational sourcing execution, initiatives, and processes for the Global MSD Sourcing teams across regions and projects. Primary responsibilities will include running key operations and daily management for MSD fulfilment / materials management, supplier expediting, and supplier recovery. Related responsibilities will include creating and managing global MSD sourcing bowler with KPIs and metrics of key operations across SQDCCC outcomes; identifying and mitigating process gaps; and deploying relevant interventions with tools, processes, Lean, and cross functional partnerships. The Global MSD Sourcing Fulfillment Leader will coordinate with the respective TCoE team with responsibility for Buyers/Expeditors tagged to MSD operations. The Global MSD Sourcing Fulfillment Leader and their team will partner with other teams on the Global Projects Sourcing Operations CoE, pulling in respective commodity and regional teams as and when needed.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Partner with global sourcing teams to implement and execute project MSD requirements and related operations. Ensure regular updates for Projects DM are executed with accuracy and consistency.
Working cross-functionally with engineering, ITO, projects & logistics, coordinate efforts to identify sources of OTD leakage / LD exposure, margin erosion and implement corrective actions.
Together with project fulfillment and scheduling teams, provide sourcing support to improve and maintain schedule, tracking and reporting tools around on-time delivery.
Working cross-functionally with sourcing, engineering, projects & logistics, coordinate efforts to identify causes for late deliveries and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain Projects Sourcing operating rhythm for key deliverables and milestones such as on time engg release, on time RFQ / PO release, on time delivery / fulfillment say do, supplier recovery.
Organize Projects MSD Sourcing support of other key initiatives such as supplier conferences and other global initiatives.
Developing Global MSD Bowler for all relevant KPIs and Metrics, plus analytics and dashboards needed to capture MSD buy / savings / OTD / quality / compliance etc

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Substantive experience in any of Sourcing, Commercial Operations / Sales, Supply Chain /Manufacturing / Operations, or Project Management of at least 5 years
Relevant experience in Power generation / Oil & Gas sectors
