Essential Responsibilities:

•Drive transactional sales growth

•The Transactional leader will interface primarily with non-contractual customers for all matters concerning maintenance and development of billable, MCE, CM&U volume and total support, ensuring that both customer and GE objectives are met.

•Establish, implement, and monitor the Order-Thru-Remittance (OTR) process for assigned customers and maintain responsibility for As Sold vs As Executed margins.

•Assume overall responsibility for customer satisfaction

•Create and Maintain Oracle Price List for Brazil Operation ok

•Work with Commercial Operation team and Contract Management team to set a standard Quote template with Terms and Conditions that applies for Brazilian laws.ok

•Serve as primary customer interface for OTR status and/or issues pertaining to spare part procurement

•Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner on the processing of customer orders, acknowledgements, Purchase Order amendments, and alteration notification

•Clearly define and communicate problems as perceived by the customer

•Maintain complete and current knowledge of the product / OTR status including future use and needs of the customer

•Manage the activities of supporting organizations to ensure that technical and business problems are resolved in the balanced interest of GE and the customer

•Develop and maintain a customer preference relationship toward GE

•Monitor special programs and coordinate both internally and externally with the customer

•Screen and analyze customer order practices looking for trends and unusual order practices

•Provide liaison between Marketing, Quality, Operations, and Engineering to resolve product field issues

•Supervise MCE and other repairs.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technical Courses or Engineering;

  • Experience in Services, commercial or operation in Aerogenerators (Wind Business)

  • Fluent in Portuguese;

  • Intermediate English;

Desired Characteristics:

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as required

· Ability to develop influential customer relationships, plans, sales strategies, presentations, and proposals

• Leadership skills with a successful sales growth track record, strong customer mindset

• Influence and negotiation skills

• Understanding of GE’s and customer financial drivers / needs, experience operating in GE

finance calendar and preparation of GBP, SII and year end presentations

• Very good oral and written communication skills

• Ability to effectively lead a multi-functional team and thrive within a matrix organization

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

• Knowledge of market economics, competitive issues, technology and projects

• Passionate customer service orientation
