General Electric Risk Modeling Analyst in Sao Paulo, Brazil
Execute the Wind Services Global Contract Margin Review (CMR) for assigned long-term service contracts.
Plan and execute detailed contract reviews, deep dives and portfolio analyses, focusing on analysis of contract compliance and performance versus expectation, including cost model validation, etc.;
Work with site and regional contract owners to ensure operational execution is compliant with contractual scope.
Execute the Wind Services global Contract Margin Review (CMR) process for assigned long term service contracts;
Lead contract performance and portfolio analysis, including cost model validation, cost model updates quantification, staffing / headcount, sub-contractor cost, etc.;
Work with site and regional contract owners to ensure operational execution is compliant with contractual scope;
Create and own quarterly CMR / Risk review summary of findings;
Follow up of applicable action items identified;
Lead contract deep-dive pre-reviews, anticipating and facilitating conversation around the areas of risk that the business should be focusing on;
Identify gaps in as-sold and recent cost models to executed site costs and drive updates to the cost model with cost model owner to improve overall cost model accuracy.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or financial work experience, preferably in Cost reporting, accounting or planning and /or equivalent experience;
Clear thinking with fundamental analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change;
Strong PC skills: experience with financial systems / applications (i.e.: Oracle, SAP) strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation;
Advanced communication skills in English both verbal and written;
Ability to work with teams across functions and around the globe;
Advanced level Excel and PowerPoint experience, particularly pivot tables, advanced lookups, charts and data mining.
