Role Summary:

Execute the marketing strategy and support the intervention modality, interacting with various areas of GEHC.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Commercial tools: Prepare and update digital materials, product updates, translations, newsletters (internal communication), clinical evidence, training and presentations for clients, making it available to the intervention and sales team in the Latin American region.

  • Commercial Support: Coordinate referral sites and their visits.

  • Training: Develop and coordinate training schedule for intervention team (Product Specialists) and coordinate training schedule for the sales team.

  • Marketing Support: Contribute to the elaboration of the marketing plan of the modality, support events, create digital campaigns for lead generation and materials for events.

  • Process: Control marketing year budget for the modality, carry out process of opening payment orders, prepare contracts for show sites, training sites and speakers.

  • Own and lead the quarterly strategic score-carding process, including key themes, sectorial trends and key planning assumptions

  • Partner with the marketing teams to deliver on timely and high-quality authoritative research to support critical strategic growth initiatives and requests from leadership teams

  • Pro-actively drive business, industry, and competitor analysis on a regular basis and provide industry bench marking

  • Build and maintain solid relationships with global stakeholders, vertical marketing, demand generation and sales, among others

  • Drive the development of processes, tools, and frameworks that can standardize product marketing activities across product lines

  • Assist in executing global NPI (New Product Introduction) launches & on-going go-to-market plans for specific product lines including value proposition development, positioning, messaging, content development and commercial activation (partnering with the product management, sales, and communications functional teams)


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Solid experience in Marketing

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English

Desired Characteristics:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Marketing from an accredited university or college, preferred

  • Experience in the Healthcare industry is a major plus

  • Must be consummate team player with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to develop relationships and influence at all levels and across cultures, including customers and industry organization

  • Track record of getting results through strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Logical thinking and ability to balance long-term strategic viewpoint with tactical execution

  • Outstanding communication skills and strong analytical acumen

  • Demonstrated skills in managing multiple projects successfully

  • Experience working in a matrix organization
