General Electric Lead Services Specialist - Technical Support in Sao Paulo, Brazil

Role Summary:Post sales support of customer issue. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support or a field service or other service request.

Essential Responsibilities:• Level 1,2,3 Technical Support – Resolves post sales Technical Issues.

• Develops a year plan for its own department. Is involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working.

• Communicates across direct organization.

• Presents to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.

• Follows frameworks to get through the processes.

• Management of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Projects;

• Day to day management of the project. Report project status and follow up;

• Escalation of risks and issues and review project scope (time, costs, deliverables, etc…)

• Ensure customer and stakeholder satisfaction;

• Lead and motivate project team

Qualifications/Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college;

• Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Technical Support or Project Management;

• Fluent in English and Portuguese
