Recognized as an experienced lead expert, influences at the manager level on strategic plans, projects and initiatives, and responsible for project operations and programs support including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance, process improvement and tools for the project management function.
Key responsibilities include:
Responsible for defining, deploying and managing project management related processes and support tools.
Gather VOC from multiple sources (Cost of Quality, Customer Satisfaction Opportunities, GEMBA Walks, etc.) and plan project deck to address the related Business Needs.
Be involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working.
Communicate across direct organization, presents to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
Follow frameworks to get through the processes.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with 4 years of experience in Project Management and at least 2 years in Continuous Improvement
SCRUM, Agile, Lean Six Sigma or PMP trained
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
Effective problem identification and solution skills.
Proven analytical and organizational ability.
