Role Summary:

The Field Service Coordinator will be responsible for meeting the daily service repair and maintenance needs of the customer’s equipment and driving customer satisfaction through Service Excellence.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational leadership that results in efficient day-to-day operationsof the team

  • Maintain primary site responsibility and integrate teams across modalities including but notlimited to team meetings & communication; and scheduling manpower, installs, shift coverage,training, etc

  • Work with operations leaders & process champions to ensure operational metrics; follow-upwith team members on any delinquencies

  • Maintain daily communication with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leadingto customer satisfaction

  • Understand and communicates area & HQ goals and objectives

  • Lead Environment Health and Safety and/or other applicable regulatory requirements

  • Reinforce EHS practices, provides open forums to facilitate FE’s engagement with EHS program

  • Participate in the escalation process to lead service delivery actions and resolve customerissues

  • Provide actionable feedback on performance of team members, both to the individual, as wellas to the Area Service Manager

  • Participate in sales opportunities, such as contract renewals and assisting with promoting andimplementing revenue programs

  • Candidate for Manager On Call duties, if applicable


  • Qualified to Degree level or equivalent

  • Technical analytical skills

  • Proficiency in English

  • Ability to work independently with minimum direction
