Job Description Summary
As a member of Manufacturing Quality Function, you will be an active contributor to ensure alignment of the business processes as per ISO 9001/ISO3834 & ISO19443, On time Audit Execution and Process Adherence within Sanand Factory. The role will require implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System in the factory.

Your Role
Plan and lead implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) in the factory with process sponsors, teams, manufacturing groups in order to achieve recertification and minimum maturity targets
Provide training and guidance in standard processes deployment in the factory
Tracking of the action plans completion for the deployment of Quality initiatives across the factory
Act as interface to Global QMS Leader and factory management for the progressive development and implementation of standard processes
Take responsibility to maintain compliance to ISO 9001:2015/ISO 3834-2:2021 & ISO 19443:2022 and other required standards for the factory
Facilitate the management review cycle
Facilitate the creation, planning, implementation and reporting of factory Quality audits (system, product/process, layered, QMS assessment)
Coordinates execution of corrective actions in case of deviations and non-compliance identified in external and internal audits, monitors and reports on progress
Analyze effectiveness of internal audit process and initiates improvements, when necessary.
Ensure that the processes defined for the factory are aligned with the requirements of the Customer, GE, local regulatory, as well as the standards to which the factory has been or plans to be certified
Support Quality Manager and Quality function in the implementation of processes related to Quality in the factory and support development and improvement of business processes within the factory and all network
Desired Qualification
Degree in engineering (Mechanical/Production)
Min 10 year experience in Quality Management System Management for Heavy Engineering Industry
Experience in auditing and writing audit reports
Knowledge of quality tools, such as 8D Methodology, FMEA, SPC, MSA
Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 & ISO 19443. Lead Auditor for ISO 9001
Ability to coordinate activities of different teams / projects
Ability to build strong relationships with staff at all levels in a variety of cultures;
