Role Summary:

GED Business leader for marketing technology management and enabling our lead to revenue operations. Drive strategies and plans for the business via technology and enabling processes to enable marketing and campaign execution, and ultimately, revenue generation. Partner with marketing and sales leaders to prioritize technology roadmap and enhancement projects in support of company-wide strategic transformation activities and strategic imperatives.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage team responsible for campaign execution

  • Manage administration of marketing automation software and campaign production for omni-channel programs including search, social, email, webinars, nurture programs, and events

  • Maintain and optimize the Marketing Technology Stack and roadmap in partnership with IT and Sales Operations

  • Partner with digital and revenue marketing team on campaign strategy to ensure that execution process supports campaign requirements

  • Define and optimize lead scoring and lifecycle in coordination with strategic objectives of Sales, Inside Sales and Digital and Revenue Marketing teams

  • Oversee ticketing process to ensure that the marketing automation platform and connected applications are functioning smoothly for all stakeholders

  • Evaluate new technologies required or requested by marketing team

  • Ensure accurate and reliable data flow by defining and implementing operational rigor & standardization in use of system & terminology to gain efficiencies, simplify end user experience and ensure compliance

  • Prioritize initiatives and maintain a roadmap to support data management improvements

  • Establish ongoing coordination with marketing, sales and IT teams to ensure alignment on prioritization of key projects

  • Define capabilities requirements, understand current infrastructure, identify and prioritize gaps for marketing tech stack Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business – MBA preferred

  • At least 5+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, Revenue Marketing, Digital Marketing, customer marketing, services marketing or customer experience roles

  • GE Leadership Program Graduates will get credit towards relevant work experience, commensurate to the program they have completedEligibility Requirements:

  • Must be willing to travel 25%
