The Product Manager – Developer Relations is a key leader accelerating product innovation across GEHC product lines by working with pioneering market-ready third parties to drive speed, scale, and advancement. Partner with business segments and engage expanding developer community to deliver novel solutions to customers to improve patient care.

Roles and Responsibilities
This individual must demonstrate clear strategic thinking, a strong capability to work cross-functionally across a global organization, and an aptitude for driving product lifecycles. In addition, this individual will work both externally with innovators/customers and interface with cross-functional GEHC teams to deliver high quality solutions in a fast-paced, challenging, and creative environment.
Identify and rollout new opportunities to move the needle for developers and GEHC across adjacencies and regions
Engage developers and stakeholders to solicit and anticipate VOC, consolidate requirements, fine tune, obtain product feedback, and increase adoption
Deliver development, deployment, and lifecycle capabilities for developers and GEHC business units
Define, implement, and respond to KPIs for success to anticipate issues and escalate solutions
Internal advocate for developer persona to advance product and platform
Liaise with key business/product leaders, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to improve the ecosystem engagement experience by driving development and adoption of tools/services
Continuously improve ability to commercialize artificial intelligence, analytics, and digital solutions working directly with software engineers, data scientists, and clinical leaders
Work closely with GEHC product, program, and marketing leaders in selected business lines to select, vet, and establish commercially viable solutions and ensure timely and successful delivery
Nurture and grow an exceptional community of global innovators by identifying and fulfilling value creation opportunities
Technical experience in Dockers / Containerization, micro services architecture & implementation. Familiarity with healthcare standards including DICOM, HL7, FHIR, etc.
Regularly synthesize reports and materials to communicate to management and stakeholders regarding strategy, direction, and progress.
Stay ahead of Digital Health market trends, landscape, and competition across Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Image Processing, and visualization and convert insights to strategy
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or relevant field. MS/MBA preferred
· Minimum of 4+ years relevant experience
