Coordinate events with a key focus on customer experience, brand promotion, thought leadership and sales enablement. Interface with business leadership, and within communications, product management, product marketing and sales functions to ensure coordinated messaging and demand generation.
Enhance the overall productivity of the Event Marketing team by supporting the production of global branded and industry events
Support and coordinate logistics and production for events which may include onsite set up, lodging and transportation)
Excel in the knowledge and application of event management technologies including CVENT to support the execution of event registration and management
Track and report on key event status metrics throughout the event cycle
Act as the primary liaison to the Marketing Operations team, manage PO submission and workflow process
Manage global events calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts and maximize awareness amongst key stakeholders
Support the preparation of executive presentation materials
Manage policies and procedures for events (i.e. pre-show meetings, pre-and post-event review, documents on Box, etc.). Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
At least 1-3 years of professional experienceEligibility Requirements:

Must be willing to work out of an office located in San Ramon, CA Desired Characteristics:
