Job Description Summary

Customer facing staff responsible for winning business Owns/influences commercial business operating guidelines and has ownership/influence over Role Summary/Purpose:

The CoRE Partnership Executive is responsible for driving the sales execution of long-term relationships with GE Healthcare’s most strategically important customers. These solutions will encompass the breadth of GE Healthcare products and solutions by working in partnership with our Region, National Account and Value Creation organizations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Opportunity Identification and Management

  • Review and disposition opportunities identified by regional teams for suitability for big deals

  • Develop C-level relationships at target customers

  • Mange big deals opportunity funnel

Offering Development and Partnership Sales

  • Oversee overall development of offering design based on customer need

  • Ensure deal economics are favorable for GE and attractive to customer

  • Draft partnership vision for internal and external approval

  • Pitch partnership vision and potential impact to target customers

  • Refine partnership offer and negotiate favorable deal terms

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of successful sales experience

  • 5+ years of successful healthcare provider, healthcare consulting organization or healthcare services

  • Minimum of 5 years in healthcare industry

  • Willingness and ability to travel

  • Strong management skills and capability to develop talents

  • Strongly compliance driven

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong business acumen, financial and organizational knowledge

  • Technical knowledge of the GEHC industry

  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management team

  • Ability to negotiate complex and strategic contracts

  • Adaptable and flexible to work environment including, but not limited to, handling multiple tasks concurrently, and easily adapting to new assignments, system, tools -- produce clear, concise, accurate written communication, clearly conveying thoughts and ideas to peers, management, and customers -- establish and maintain positive work relationships with peers, management, and customers displaying willingness to understand diverse points of view -- learn and apply new initiatives to account plans and strategy.

  • Knowledge and experience of large complex sales and marketing processes

  • Proven track record of sales success and sales team rigor

The salary range for this position is $150,000 – 160,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for variable incentive compensation. Available benefits include health, welfare, retirement and paid leave.
