Role Summary:

As a Senior Services Consultant, you will work closely with customers understand and define

requirements, develop technical proposals, and set expectations for complex implementation

projects. You will act as an individual contributor on these engagements, contributing to software

architecture design, development of software applications, and integration into enterprise system.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide expert knowledge and experience to estimate the technical effort required toimplement complex ServiceMax solutions.

  • Contribute to high level technical analysis activities, such as requirements gathering and gapanalysis of user requirements.

  • Contribute to the definition of ServiceMax solution architectures and development of detaileddesign specifications.

  • Contribute to the implementation of ServiceMax solutions.

  • Own technical deliverables during the entire lifecycle of the projects.

  • Engage throughout the full lifecycle of assigned projects, participating in decisions onarchitecture, design, and functionality to keep programs on track in terms of budget, time, andcustomer expectations.

  • Effectively leverage product capability, driving standardization, limiting customization, andmaximizing reuse of content developed for previous solutions.

  • Interact with Product Development Team, Commercial Team, Customers, Solution Providers(Partner / Integrators), and other cross-functional teams as required for the solution.

  • Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with peers and team members as aninclusive team member, supporting pre-sale strategy, services consulting efforts, and projectexecution.

  • Effectively apply the ServiceMax methodology and project standards.

  • Maintain and continuously update technical skills and knowledge.

  • Work independently as well as part of the team. Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (defined as High School Diploma/GED and minimum 7 yearsrelevant experience)

  • Minimum 4 years software implementation and/or Business Consulting experienceEligibility Requirements: (Country Specific)

  • Must be willing to travel (35%)

  • Salesforce Certifications: Administration Essentials for New Admins (ADM 201) or PlatformApp Builder Certification (DEV 401)

  • Can recognize when code would be required instead of configuration

  • Experience with field service operations or management, including experience with customerservice management and call center support a big plus

  • Solid understanding of software operating systems and ability to work comfortably withsoftware engineers

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced, multi-tasking developmentenvironment
