General Electric Radiology Inside Sales Representative - West in San Francisco, California

Job Description Summary

As Inside Sales Representative, you will sell GE Healthcare Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) Contrast Media products, while completing a development program designed to accelerate and promote high-performing individuals into GE Healthcare’s Contrast Media field sales organization. You will complete a core curriculum that fosters the development of commercial skills and techniques that are critical to success in the Contrast Media businesses. The program will prepare individuals for a successful sales career by providing the opportunity to learn about GE’s products, industry, and customers while making valuable contributions to the organization.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain customer relationships through a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s business/sales models to help manage and influence business growth.

  • Make compelling and persuasive sales calls to designated customers resulting in sales of products.

  • Maximize revenue and market share of Radiology products in territory/zone and achieve/exceed sales targets.

  • Demonstrate a proficient level of procedural and technical product knowledge to identify customer solutions.

  • Leverage critical thinking, leadership, portfolio knowledge and available resources to successfully perform in a fast-paced environment.

  • Deliver business communication to existing customers.

  • Work to attain and exceed sales quota, sales quality and sales productivity metrics.

  • Share best practices with the team to promote a positive team environment.

  • Sell products ethically and in accordance with GE’s sales process and agreed marketing strategy.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required (or a high school diploma / GED with 6 years of work experience)

  • Two (2) or more years of outside sales and/or inside sales experience

  • Excellent customer relationship building skills.

  • Strong business acumen

  • Strong communication, presentation, persuasiveness and active listening skills.

  • Initiative and strong planning and time management skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership and the drive to achieve beyond what is expected.

  • Proficiency in computer skills and use of sales databases.

  • Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, Skype, etc.)

  • Percent Travel Required: 10%-20%

Representative must be willing to relocate to cities throughout the country to obtain a field sales position.
