Job Description Summary
Responsible for leading operations and partnering with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and other Enterprise Operations functions to drive orders, sales and pricing for the West Region, in order to drive funnel creation rigor and deal structuring that is critical to the Region’s orders and revenue forecast accuracy/consistency/performance.
Role and Responsibilities:
Provide monthly/weekly/daily forecast updates for orders and sales for GE Healthcare Life Care Solutions (LCS) Business. Partner with Market Business Leaders to validate deal opportunities and identify risks that could impact quarterly financial forecast and results.
Cultivate partnerships with sales managers and their teams to build consistent strategies focused on commercial process improvements; drive achievement of the sales targets and to drive rigor in orders and deal funnel management (current & future quarters) and overall forecast accuracy; provide decision support for large, strategic deals.
Develop the communication plan, operating mechanisms, data reports and metrics to support key business imperatives focused on improving efficiency and the commercial processes.
Establish, maintain reliable and collaborative partnership within the region (across segments) and outside of region across Value Creation teams to identify and drive opportunities.
Lead & assist in the identification and implementation of process improvements focused on simplifying commercial processes impacting funnel management, order & revenue execution within the business.
Develop pricing analytics that increase the rigor around price and margin attainment.
Assist in analytics related to overall business planning and business development focused on execution of operating plans, market performance metrics & business.
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain or financial analyst role.
Proficiency in Excel.
