Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Solve technical problems by leveraging structured problem-solving, using the Shainin Red X™ Problem Solving methodologies, 8D, and other quality tools.

Train, coach and mentor individuals from other areas of organization on the application of Shainin Red X™ problem solving methodologies.

Apply data analytics methods to obtain understanding of problems, uncover potential causes and drive actions for lasting solution.

Close projects by establishing timelines with focus on execution and follow-through.

Act as a change agent, systematically driving continuous improvement and change throughout the business, setting the pace of change to grow the business and make it more efficient.

Present ideas, thoughts, and projects to senior management and get support on projects and serve as a recognized expert and resource leader for process focus areas.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

Solid experience in Quality Control/Continuous Improvement

Shainin Red X™ Journeyman certification or equivalent technical problem solving experience

Desired Characteristics

Shainin Red X™ Journeyman Master certification

Six Sigma (DMAIC or DFSS) and LEAN experience

Working knowledge of QC/CI tools

Demonstrated leadership skills in a matrix environment

Demonstrated project management, organization, and planning skills

Experience leading groups/people and influence at all levels of the organization

Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems

Strong change management skills
