Role Summary:

The Advanced Manufacturing Technician 1 may have responsibilities including equipment setup, manufacturing, shop operation support, basic testing, troubleshooting, reporting/documenting results of tests and assembly operations, product and component disposition.

Essential Responsibilities:

Responsibilities :

  1. Set up, modify, verify, validate, calibrate and operate equipment (mainly routine tests & manufacturing operations)

  2. Perform product and equipment troubleshooting and act accordingly to support shop operations.

  3. Responsible for the maintenance of manufacturing equipment.

  4. Maintain accurate records of the work performed and other records as may be required by management.

  5. Maintains daily production output

  6. May participate in quality control inspections, containment and improvement activities

  7. Works with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve process efficiency

  8. Complies with all EHS and Quality procedures and policies

Qualifications/Requirements:
