Job Description Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of production tasks including setup and operation of basic and CNC machines
as well as other duties.
In this role, you will be multi-skilled and in accordance with rigorous quality and safety practices
and procedures. In addition, you may be required to perform additional skills such as bench, broaching, forming, and batch processing.
Minimum high school diploma /GED
Minimum one year of manufacturing experience or equivalent experience
Willingness to work overtime as required
Willingness to work both 2nd and 3rd shift
Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to coordinate multiple priorities at the same time
- Associate's degree or above, Certified Production Technician certification, Vo-tech training orrelated coursework, strong communication and facilitation skills, troubleshooting and leadership skills
