Essential Responsibilities:

  • Performs internal RMA forms and shipments inbound/outbound including international

  • Manage and track Field Engineers and other inventories and ensure accuracy

  • Provides strong individual contributions in achieving team goals and objectives

  • Preparation-dispatch of shipments, including emergency and after hours as needed

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must

  • Must be a team player with positive and supportive attitude

  • Must be extremely detailed and task oriented and able to handle multiple priorities

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong problem-solving skills & impeccable follow through and attention to detail

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

  • Knowledge of general shipping and receiving practices and procedures

  • Inventory Tracking – maintain inventory records & conduct physical counts periodically

  • Order & track shipping and other general supplies

Required Qualifications :

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics and/or Inventory management

Desired Characteristics:

  • ERP experience

  • Sales Force experience

  • Motivated, reliable, well organized, detail oriented and team player with positive attitude

  • Ability to work independently and with a team

  • Flexibility to adapt and take on new tasks as needed

  • Proficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical information

  • Demonstrated ability to work well with limited direction and information

  • Ability to communicate and integrate across functions within the business
