Essential Responsibilities:
Performs internal RMA forms and shipments inbound/outbound including international
Manage and track Field Engineers and other inventories and ensure accuracy
Provides strong individual contributions in achieving team goals and objectives
Preparation-dispatch of shipments, including emergency and after hours as needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
Must be a team player with positive and supportive attitude
Must be extremely detailed and task oriented and able to handle multiple priorities
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving skills & impeccable follow through and attention to detail
Maintain accurate and detailed records
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Knowledge of general shipping and receiving practices and procedures
Inventory Tracking – maintain inventory records & conduct physical counts periodically
Order & track shipping and other general supplies
Required Qualifications :
Associate degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics and/or Inventory management
Desired Characteristics:
ERP experience
Sales Force experience
Motivated, reliable, well organized, detail oriented and team player with positive attitude
Ability to work independently and with a team
Flexibility to adapt and take on new tasks as needed
Proficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical information
Demonstrated ability to work well with limited direction and information
Ability to communicate and integrate across functions within the business
