Job Description Summary
Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
GE Digital Holdings LLC seeks Senior Staff Digital Product Manager (multiple positions) to be responsible for creating strong working relationships and influence across executive leadership, product management, engineering and other functional and stake holder groups, in order to execute business strategy within the Center of Excellent (COE), and across GE businesses, partners and customers. Engage customers at mid-level management and technical levels to develop and refine portfolio strategy, influence customer and industry direction and execute strategy. drive successful delivery of products from GE software, making recommendations on extending software solutions, and representing the company to outside market, including customers, partners, and analysts. Responsible for product line performance with targets on orders, revenue, cost and margin. identify and influence market trends and opportunities and drive and execute vision, strategy, roadmap, and product lifecycle for sub-business units and their portfolio of product and solutions. Function as a domain/business expert for the portfolios to guide and mentor teams and establish and refine product management process. Work cross functionally across engineering, marketing, and sales teams and with internal and external customers, analysts, and senior management teams to formulate and execute strategy. Establish and manage relationship across GE businesses and sub-businesses, partners, customers, customers, and technical experts across industries and geographies and further establish strong working relationships with account managers, technical sales, and user/developer communities. Responsible for a large product or portfolio of products/solutions with typical revenue influence and target ranging from $10-50M USD per year. Assess current and future customer needs and priorities by communicating directly with customers and manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Monitor and track deliverables and confer with project personal to identify and resolve problems.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Position requires Bachelor’s degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science or STEM major (science, technology, engineering or mathematics) and ten (10) years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s degree related experience. Position also requires 3 years of experience as a product manager including responsibility of managing the entire product lifecycle from strategic/financial planning to day to day development activities; and 5 years of experience in one or more (combination) of the following industrial technical activities in the oil & gas or power industry: (I) risk based inspection standards and work processes, (II) mechanical integrity standards and work processes, (III) corrosion control documentation (development or execution), (IV) working knowledge of various standard like API 510/570/580/581, (V) process safety management implementation. 25% travel needed as this position is required to support on-site customer meetings and industrial industry events

Offered salary: $135,200 per year
