General Electric Lead Finance Specialist - FP&A Operations in Rivalta di Torino, Italy

Role Summary:

Responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for the Avio Aero P&L.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the business cycle - yearly operation plan (OP), 5-years outlook (S1) and Quarterly financial reporting of Avio Aero SG&A expenses;

  • Responsible for providing quarterly dynamic forecasts, updated run-rates analyses and risk & opportunities of Avio SG&A cost structure to Avio FP&A leader, to support the company in achieving its quarterly OP profit targets, defining corrective actions where needed;

  • Monthly interactions, reporting and support to Avio Aero Leadership team on functional SG&A targets and performance reviews to ensure a robust control over the total year SG&A target;

  • HQ Aviation reporting: monthly communication of Avio Aero SG&A cost, metrics (i.e. headcount) and IT CAPEX/OPEX expenses to HQ Aviation SG&A COE required for GE Aviation CFO/HR Leader quarterly bullet train meeting;

  • Digital Focus: support Avio Aero Digital League 2.0. organization in the development of digital tools for the automation, KPI definitions, and analysis of base cost data;

  • Monthly simplification and control over Avio Aero cost centers structure (approx. 600 cost centers) and headcount alignment to Avio Aero cost structure (base/variable).

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Management Engineering from an accredited university or college;

  • Significant experience in FP&A Operations;

  • Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office;

  • Previous experience in international companies;

  • Fluent written and spoken English;

  • EU work permit.
