General Electric OFE R&D Project Management Intern in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Supporting R&D project manager, the Intern plays a key role in the R&D execution team. Primarily responsible to help engineering document control, projects costs evaluation, project planning and contracts terms adherence. Specific responsibilities include:
Build cost control models to cover all elements of R&D project aspects;
Support project manager in various internal interfaces;
Manage an effective document control system ensuring documentation relating to the suppliers is properly registered, circulated, controlled and easily accessible to the project execution team;
Perform other duties as required to support project management team;
Support the project manager in project planning.
Fluency in English language
Excel, PowerPoint, Word & MS-Project (or Primavera P6)
Presentation skills - preparation of power point presentation and presentation
Knowledge and ability to prepare and present cost / revenue and profit analysis
Ability to identify and implement department process improvements;
Ability to set and work to KPI’s and drive improvement;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to be proactive and address challenges;
