Role Summary:

The Income Statement Manager for Power will be responsible for all income statement-related FP&A activities and the responsibilities mentioned below. This includes all orders and regional reporting, revenue and CM metrics, backlog, and margin and productivity metrics. In addition, the Income Statement manager will partner with the Power Income Statement Leader and Power FP&A manager to develop and present key analytics to the Power CFO to drive / support business strategy.

Essential Responsibilities:

As the Income Statement Manager, you will:

  • Lead Power estimate and reporting cycles for the Income Statement, including base cost, restructuring and P&L analytics

  • Drive significant, broad initiatives (across all Power business )designed to improve business operating performance and/or simplification

  • Own Power cost reporting and develop analytics, and analytical capability to direct and support P&W strategy

  • Take an active role in influencing Power FP&A systems strategy

  • Drive FP&A simplification initiatives for both HQ and the Power sub-segments

  • Demonstrate thought leadership related to simplification, analytic capability, and data anlytics

  • Form a close, trusting relationship with the Corporate FP&A team

  • Partner with and coach Power FP&A analysts within the Power businesses

  • Lead and coach assigned direct reports

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Income Statements
