The Product Manager of Operation & Delivery Transformation is an all-rounder, often working independently across a processes and tools in collaboration with internal resources and external stakeholders. This role is responsible for developing and executing successful strategies for Continues Improvement and Transformation of Delivery and Operation. We seek a candidate with deep IT Process knowledge and industry experience who can engage key stakeholders to identify challenges, develop solutions, and present recommendations that deliver tangible benefit. This senior-level role will work with executives, senior managers and project teams to ensure overall project success.

Key Responsibilities

· Leverage people, process & technology to establish a transformation strategy that aligns to organization strategy; engages stakeholders & supports the development of a “World Class” operation and delivery

· Working with multiple stakeholders, identify the most important challenges, conduct analysis, and present strategic solutions that align to the IT strategies.

· Lead senior business stakeholders through transformative activities, beginning with discovery through delivery of value designed at streamlining IT processes to achieve optimal performance

· Proven ability to build relationships with constituents, including IT processes, technology teams, & implementation partners

· Collaborate with Product teams during the discovery stage to research and understand challenges and drive towards value added solutions

· Contribute to the development of delivery tools and resources, thought leadership, and business solutions through personal experience and perspective

· Manage and lead resources assigned to project that are responsible for the implementation of new solutions designed to enhance the organization capabilities & customer experience

Education And Required Experience (Requirements)

· 10+ years of broad general IT experience and knowledge across many disciplines including: Product Management, Service Delivery, IT Transformation, Process Improvement, Leadership Facilitation, and Change Enablement

· Progressive and professional experience leading/supporting IT transformation projects

· Experience with challenging status quo and influencing forward looking thought process of IT stakeholders regardless of the audience

· Demonstrated experience collaborating and communicating with a diverse set of people across groups and organizational levels

· Enthusiastic, professional and confident team player with a strong focus on success who can present effectively even under adverse conditions

· Must demonstrate the ability to work independently, prioritize multiple objectives in a rapidly changing environment, and ensure delivery of quality products

· Possesses the ability to influence various stakeholders and strategic direction without direct control/authority

· Executive level communication skills and experience interacting with various levels of stakeholders

· Strong writing skills including the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries
