As a member of a world class team, the Production Supervisor will perform the daily operations of plant to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Responsible for managing work and performance of hourly team members. Coach and mentor hourly team members.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Manage operations in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety.
Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmark and standards.
Hourly team management of employees.
Select, hire, train, develop, and provide ongoing leadership and feedback to assigned areas hourly population.
Act as liaison between employees and management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
OR Associate's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience
OR High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing
