General Electric Customer Success Specialist in Remote, United Kingdom

Job Description Summary

Join GE Digital as a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll provide expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy; all with a Digital focus. You’ll be responsible for departmental operations planning and execution, along with account management for Premier Support and Escalated accounts. There will also be the opportunity to develop and drive action plans to accelerate issue resolution, maintain customer communication, and advocate for the customer to ensure successful implementation and operation of GE Digital software solutions.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • You’ll have people management responsibility including staffing and performance development

  • Utilise your in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy and strategy

  • Expertise of best practices and how own area integrates with others, you’ll be aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

  • Ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes, with technical variety and interdependent production cycles

  • Uses technical experience and analytical thinking

  • Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions

  • Lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements

  • Develops skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced experience in the Services & Digital Customer Advocacy

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

  • The people skills required to engage and build customer relationships

  • Proven ability to analyse and resolve problems with the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs

  • Established project management skills

  • Occasional travel will be required for this position
